"Automatically Collected" Information: When you visit the Site or open our HTML emails, we automatically collect information about your device and online activities. This "Response Metadata" (or "Response Data") is transferred and stored per this Privacy Policy and may be shared with survey generators, researchers, clients, and app developers. It may also be provided to unaffiliated third parties for their internal purposes, including marketing. Survey Information & User Feedback: When hosting surveys for our partners, Service Hive captures provided information, which is used in accordance with the partner's privacy practices. Any feedback or suggestions you provide to Service Hive regarding our Services may be utilized commercially by us without compensation to you.

How We Use Your Information

Service Hive uses collected information to provide features on the Site, determine survey completion, and properly credit your account.

We may use your information to:

  • Conduct marketing, unless you have expressly opted out (administrative and account notifications cannot be opted out of).

Information Collected by Third Parties

We will not share your name, email address, or phone number with these Third Party MR Companies. If eligible, you will be invited to participate via a survey link. We may also disclose your information if we believe in good faith it is necessary to comply with legal demands, defend against legal claims, prevent fraud, or protect the safety and rights of Service Hive, its users, or the public.

User Profile and Password

You may update, correct, or delete your member information at any time. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your unique password and account information at all times. Any information you post for public viewing on the Site is made available to all users.

How We Protect Your Data

We use secure server software (SSL) and firewalls to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
